This is more for rogues as they can pickpocket from mobs without having to kill them. Most beneficial pickpocketing mobs are normally elites, but be warned - they tend to be more likely to notice you in the event you do not distract them well.
Bags that tend to be more in demand are normally the larger slot bags. Visit the Western Plaguelands, there you will find mobs inside your area.
As you kill these mobs you can grab their recipe drops and sell them inside your Auction House for some fast Wow items. The most beneficial spot for this is the Weeping Cave.
